General Terms and Conditions
Luxury B&B Villa Tauro
Welcome to Luxury B&B Villa Tauro.
When making a reservation, these General Terms and Conditions come into effect.
Definitions:

Guest: main guest and fellow guests staying at Luxury B&B Villa Tauro
General
1. The principal guest must be 18 years of age or older, is responsible for his or her fellow guests, must have a fixed abode or residence and must carry a valid identity document.
2. The prices of the rooms can be found on this website. Prices include VAT, breakfast, Wifi, towels, beds made up, water, electricity, cleaning and final cleaning.
3. Luxury B&B Villa Tauro is unfortunately not suitable for people in wheelchairs.
4. Our rooms are suitable for a maximum occupancy of two persons.
5. We grant our guests a carefree stay. However, we bear no responsibility for loss, theft, accidents, personal injury, medical expenses or damage to property caused by personal carelessness or by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Of course, we expect our guests to report any damage or loss to us. Any costs incurred will be charged.
7. Luxury B&B Villa Tauro is not responsible for failures in and around the accommodation such as power failure, wifi, water supply and technical installations.
8. We expect our guests to follow instructions from the owner.
9. The owner can, in case of violation of these general conditions and in case of inappropriate behaviour, deny the guests access to Luxury B&B Villa Tauro with immediate effect, without further notice and without restitution of the stay costs.
10. The owner’s administration is decisive in case of disagreement, unless the guest can prove otherwise.
11. We expect guests of Luxury B&B Villa Tauro to stick to the house rules and the general conditions.
Booking and payment
1. The reservation can be made by telephone, e-mail, via our website or via booking.com.
2. After receiving a reservation request we will send you a confirmation (provided the room is available).
3. The reservation is final upon receipt of the deposit. The down payment is 50% of the total amount. You can transfer it to bank account number ES55 0081 1193 1400 0111 5618 in the name of Villa Tauro.
4. The deposit must be paid within 7 calendar days after receipt of the confirmation.
5. If the deposit has not been received in time, the reservation request will be cancelled. The guest will be informed of this by e-mail or by telephone.
6. For reservations with arrival within one week the deposit must be paid immediately.
7. The remaining outstanding amount is to be paid in cash on arrival.
Cancellation
1. The following conditions apply to cancellation of the reservation:
– If cancelled 2 weeks or earlier before the arrival date; no cancellation fee.
– If cancelled from 14 days to 6 days before date of arrival; 50% cancellation fee.
– If cancelled 5 days or less before the date of arrival or in case of no-show; 100% cancellation fee.
2. Deviations from the cancellation conditions are only possible at the discretion of the owner (e.g. in the case of calamities or Covid-19).
3. In order to be eligible for a possible refund, the cancellation must be notified immediately to the owner by e-mail or telephone.
4. After consultation, the agreed amount shall be transferred within two weeks.
5. No refunds shall be made in the event of premature departure.
6. Luxury B&B Villa Tauro can only cancel the reservation agreement in case of force majeure, natural disaster, extraordinary weather conditions, fire, death of the owners or family, hospitalisation or unannounced sale.
7. In one of these cases, the Owner shall offer the Guest an alternative as soon as possible.
8. If there is no alternative available or the Guest does not accept the alternative offered, a full refund will be made. Any other costs incurred as a result of the termination will not be reimbursed by the owner.
10. We recommend taking out travel and/or cancellation insurance.
Arrival and departure
1. On the day of arrival the room is available from 14.00 hrs and can be checked in until 20.00 hrs.
2. It is appreciated if we receive the expected arrival time in advance.
3. Different arrival times than mentioned above are possible after consultation.
4. In connection with the cleaning of the rooms, it is necessary to leave them before 12.00 on the day of departure.
5. A late check-out is possible in consultation, if the room is available.
Complaints
1. It goes without saying that we do our utmost to offer our guests a carefree and unforgettable stay. If, despite our good care, there is a complaint, we would like to hear it in person so that we can resolve it immediately.
